“I now work in my field and I manage to make ends meet”
One of WPF mission is to provide jobs to those seeking an employment in a country facing a harsh economic crisis. 27-years-old Michel* is among those who were supported to find work.
“My whole life has changed. I prefer not to think about what I was going through before,” says Michel*, who is an engineering graduate with health impairment. After graduating, he spent more than four years doing odd jobs interspersed with long periods of unemployment.
“WPF found me a job as an engineer in a company. It’s true, I have a long commute every day but I’m happy. I now work in my field and I manage to make ends meet. Now I can contribute to household expenses, support my family and I can buy things for myself,” adds this single man who lives with his retired parents and his sister.
